All prices stated are inclusive of gas, water and light consumption and exclusive of final cleaning, towels and bed linen. Final cleaning (see below for prices) and bed linen at € 12.50 per person are compulsory.
Local tourist tax
A local tourist tax is payable in Wald/Königsleiten and Hochkrimml. Top-Chalets will charge for this in advance in its confirmation/invoice. The charges are as follows:
Adults and children from 14 years old: € 1.30 per person per day
Children up to 14 years old: € 0.40 per person per day

Prices per person per day.
Children up to and including 4 years old are free of charge. Children up to 15 years old pay 50%.
Travel cot/High chair
A travel cot (exclusive of duvet and bedclothes) and high chair are available on request for your little ones, free of charge.
Extra parking space
We offer the option to book an extra parking space in the car park at € 50.00 per week.

Breakfast/Frühstück
Breakfast is provided from the day after your arrival to a final breakfast the day of your departure. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 at Aparthotel Sterngucker.
Dinner
Dinner is provided from the day after your arrival to a final dinner the day before your departure. As a rule, dinner is served from 17:30 to 20:00 at Aparthotel Sterngucker.
Half board
If your holiday is on a half-board basis, this means that breakfast and dinner are included. The above conditions will apply.
There will be no refund for any meals missed due to late arrival at the destination and/or early departure. We regret that we cannot offer you a discount on the cost of your holiday if you do not wish to have the standard meals.
