About Top-Chalets
Top-Chalets is a young family business specialised in the rental of luxury chalets and apartments in (and around) Königsleiten, Austria. We have an office in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel (Netherlands) and in Königsleiten. Our office in the Netherlands is run by Monique, Silvia and Peter van der Heide, our office in Austria by Jeroen en Patricia van der Heide. This allows us to really work the market, both in Austria and the Netherlands.

Local reception desk and service for our guests
We operate a professional reception desk at Aparthotel Sterngucker in the centre of Königsleiten to welcome our guests. This is also where we hand over and collect the keys to the accommodations and where guests can approach us with any questions they may have during their stay.

In addition to managing the reception desk, Jeroen and Patricia also run the restaurant of Aparthotel Sterngucker. This way, they are constantly in contact with potential guests. They respond directly to the guests’ wishes and needs, are available all year round, day and night, and provide superior customer service.

As an owner, what can you expect from us?
Apart from the abovementioned benefits of an office in the Netherlands and in Austria, own reception desk at Aparthotel Sterngucker and excellent service and availability, we attach great importance to the management and maintenance of the properties. Not only for our guests but also for you, the owner. This is why, on top of a thorough weekly cleaning service and extensive check of the properties, we also provide a thorough final cleaning service at the end of every season. What’s more, we do not charge anything for this final cleaning service. We are all about TOP quality! And last but not least, you can count on us to ensure that any rental income is paid to you monthly.
