  • Travel advice can change regularly. The assessment to cancel takes place no later than 3 days before the start of your holiday;

Lokal measures

When you are allowed to go on holiday to Austria again, you must adhere to the local regulations. See below for more information as well as a number of tips for a pleasant, safe and carefree holiday. You will be informed about this on site, given the continuous developments.

Main measures and points for attention:
  • All accommodations have a private terrace or balcony, so you can enjoy your own outdoor space.
  • All accommodations are cleaned and aired with care. We pay extra attention to hygiene.
  • We maintain a minimum distance of 2 meter for everyone on site. This is the distance Austria currently applies.
  • We request that guests only come if they do not suffer from the following complaints: colds, coughing, sneezing, sore throat, increase, fever and / or shortness of breath.
  • Wearing a face mask is mandatory in public areas. Exceptions are children up to and including six years old.
  • We keep checking in and out short and to the point. On arrival, you can register at the reception and collect the disinfected key from your accommodation. At check-out you hand in the keys and they will be disinfected by us.

Restaurant Sterngucker
As soon as the situation permits, Restaurant Sterngucker will be open daily. They work according to the guidelines of the Bundesministerum

Travel information

Measures en-route:
  • The use of a mouth mask is mandatory in Germany in public places, including shops, restaurants and petrol stations.

Austrian measures:
  • Face masks (FFP2) are mandatory in all shops and public buildings and public transport and stay at least 2 meter away from other people.
  • Anyone who wants to travel to Austria must register in advance via this form!
  • Upon arival 10 days in quarantine and negative PCR test is required.
  • For the most up-to-date information, always check the website of the Bundesministerum.

Austrian guidelines
Austria has prepared the following guidelines for safe interaction with each other:

  1. Keep a distance of at least 2 meter
  2. Wear mouth and nose protection in public areas
  3. Reserve as much as possible in advance to reduce crowds at entrances
  4. Preferably pay contactless
  5. Follow the directions of employees
  6. Do not shake hands
  7. Wash your hands with soap and water several times a day (30 sec)
  8. Do not touch the face with uncleaned hands
  9. Sneeze or cough into your elbow or a handkerchief
  10. Do not travel with signs of illness
